Positions available – Practice Nurse.

Practice Nurse 1 – 1.5 days per week.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Duties include:

  • Health Screening & Assessment
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Assisting in Procedures
  • Immunisations
  • Health Assessments
  • Patient Recalls
  • Wound Care
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Polar and advantage
  • Cold chain monitoring
  • Restocking of stock, vaccines etc
  • Other duties as required

Skills and experience

We are looking for a qualified Practice Nurse with Ahpra registration and Nurse Immunizer status. 1-1.5 days per week.

Friendly nature, ability to multitask and excellent communication skills.

Current Registration & CPR is essential. Knowledge in Best Practice software is an advantage.
