DIABETES EDUCATOR
With 11 years of experience in Diabetes education and over 10 years of critical care / coronary care nursing prior. She has worked in major metropolitan public hospitals, general practice, and research and specialises in working with adults with diabetes to achieve health goals in a supportive and encouraging manner.
Tess can help adults with Type 1, Type 2, and pre-diabetes and has experience working with individuals with gestational diabetes.
She provides advice about all diabetes-related concerns, from what to eat, how to get active, how to use insulin injections and pumps, and how to monitor your glucose levels.

$110 for 1 hour consultation
For patients who have allocated sessions for Diabetes Education as part of your EPC (Enhanced Primary Care plan), will receive a Medicare rebate of $58.30.
For patients with no EPC, please check with your private Health Insurer as a rebate may be claimable.
No rebate from Medicare.
