We privately bill patients for all consultations, whether you are seen in person (face to face) or by Telehealth (video or phone).

Payment is required on the day or a $10.00 account fee may apply.
For full description of fees, please contact our reception team, as charges vary for various consultations and procedures. Fees for our consultations are charged according to the time and complexity and treatments involved. Specific or special procedures may incur a higher fee and an increased Medicare rebate.
PLEASE NOTE An after hours rate will apply on Saturdays. (no bulk billing or reduced fees)
Current charges are displayed at reception.
We accept Cash, EFT, or Credit cards (VISA and MasterCard only). Note that an accounting fee of $10 maybe added to accounts not paid on the day.
If you cannot keep your appointment, you need to phone us as soon as possible, at least two hours prior to the time of your appointment. A cancellation fee may be charged for failed attendance. There is a very high demand for appointments, so notification, if you are unable to attend, is very much appreciated.
Our EFTPOS system allows us to apply your Medicare rebate instantly and in most cases, payment will appear in your EFTPOS account in a matter of minutes. If you don’t use an EFTPOS card, then we can submit your claim online to Medicare for payment of your rebate. Under normal circumstances, payment of your rebate should appear in your bank account within 24 hours.
Private fees are charged for all consultations relating to TAC and WorkCover, and are payable at time of consultation. Please submit your receipt as evidence of payment to your employer, TAC or Workcover for reimbursement. Accounts are a matter between you and your employer, TAC or WorkCover insurer.
There are variable out-of-pocket costs for diagnostic tests and specialist visits. Guidelines for these expenses can be provided by your doctor.
