Psychologist

Charlotte is a Registered Psychologist, introvert and animal lover. She has been practicing for 6 years, in private practice and the criminal justice system.

Charlotte’s approach is supportive, goal-oriented and she tends to use curiosity, empathy, and a sprinkling of humour to understand and know you deeply. She will challenge you to be accountable, curious and reflective, holding space for your self-exploration, growth and development.

Charlotte enjoys working with adult clients to address past hurts and childhood issues that contribute to long term difficulties, such as PTSD/CPTSD. As well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties and life transitions.

To support each person in her office, as the unique human they are, she is trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches, such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT and Ego State Therapy (aka parts work) so that she can tailor sessions to individual needs.

She will be commencing at The Hills Medical in late August 2024.
