For more than 20 years, The Hills Medical has provided postgraduate training opportunities for doctors (GP Registrars) to experience the realities of a general practice.
GP Registrars are qualified doctors who bring with them a vast breadth of skills and expertise. They have worked in the hospital system for years prior to coming to The Hills Medical, and most have participated in the latest training programs for other specialties.
There is a refreshing diversity of age and experience in our GP Registrars and they bring a wealth of knowledge and insights to The Hills Medical’s community. Dr Smith, Dr Ambrose and Dr Nesbit provide support and guidance as our GP Registrars acquire the knowledge and experience of a busy general practice as a specialist discipline. Typically, they stay for either six or 12 months before moving on to further studies or another medical practice.
